Unless stated otherwise, the goods will be shipped out within 2 to 4 working days.

If not all products ordered are in stock, we will contact the customer to provide either a later delivery or other available comparable products with the same value. In case the client will not accept one of these options; we will reimburse the payments already made immediately.

Should it not be possible to deliver the goods due to a fault on the customer’s part, despite three delivery attempts, we may withdraw from the contract. The value of the product will be reimbursed minus shipping costs and any other costs incurred during delivery attempts and returns. We reserve the right to not reimburse the value of the product if the extra costs exceed its value.

It is the customer’s responsibility to bear the import costs if any. Swissita is not liable and will not offer any refunds if the goods are not retrieved from customs by the customer.

Cancellations and Returns:

Consumers can cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be unused and packed.
All hygiene products like a shaper, socks, underwear including but not limited to food supplements cannot be returned.

If you qualify for free shipping, but you decide to return part of your order, the sum of the order does not qualify for free shipping anymore, the shipping cost will be deducted before the refund.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient if you send the message (email) regarding the exercise of your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires. If you cancel this contract, we undertake to refund all payments we have received from you (not including delivery charges).

For this refund, we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.

The refund will be executed once the goods are returned the way it was delivered. All return costs will be shouldered by the consumer. Swissita is not responsible if the goods are lost during the shipping of return items. It is strongly advised to return the goods through a tracked mailing service of your choice.
